The sweet heritage of our family

Gather together for our berry season!

‘Heritage Berries’ is our brand name.

Both our grandparents grew strawberries.

Matt Severt grew them on our family farm. Edgar Crockford grew strawberries on the south coast of England, a region known for it’s berry heritage.  When we married, we had the thought that we might too, someday. We planted our first berries in 2023.

We are committed to growing strawberry varieties that bring you back to sweet times of picking in the patch!  We grow June bearing varieties adapted to our northern Wisconsin climate.
